Don Francisco de Sola is a pioneer of sustainable coffee production, a legacy that continues at Monserrate in Chalchuapa, Santa Ana. Since 1953, the farm has combined coffee cultivation with livestock to create an environmentally responsible model of agriculture. Today, Monserrate focuses on specialty varieties such as Geisha, Anacafé 14, Pacamara and traditionally kenyan varietal SL28. The farm also serves as a centre for research and innovation through partnerships with international institutions. We are proud to bring you Plan del hoyo for another year.
