El Milagrito was Pedro’s first farm, named after the “little miracle” of selling his very first coffee harvest. Located in El Cedral, Santa Barbara, the farm benefits from unique microclimates shaped by varying altitudes and mountainous terrain. While Honduras’ main harvest runs from October to February, Santa Barbara’s cooler conditions slow cherry maturation, often extending harvests through to June. This slow ripening, combined with the region’s terroir and Pedro’s dedication, results in a complex and refined cup profile.
