For roughly 10 years, we’ve proudly supported Juan Vicente Montoya, purchasing coffee from his small farm, Finca La Falda, high in the mountains of Intibucá, Honduras. Juan grew up producing coffee alongside his father before inheriting a small parcel of land and beginning a farm of his own. Sitting at 1,800 masl, La Falda is carefully managed with minimal chemical use, native shade trees, and coffee pulp returned to the soil as compost. This washed Bourbon is the latest expression of a relationship we’ve built over many harvests, reflecting Juan’s continued dedication to quality and a farm we’re incredibly proud to support year after year.
