Yaneth Rodriguez comes from a long line of coffee producers and is proud to be a woman in Specialty Coffee. She is a third generation farmer. La Union is located in Saniago de Puringla, La Paz on 3 hectares. She only produces natural processed coffees as this is her preference for both flavour, cup score and selling to her buyers through the relationship she has with Cafe Raga (exporter and support network for small producers in the La Paz region) We met Yaneth on our last trip to Honduras and believe this is the beginning of a new and exciting relationship.
