Felipe Estela is a second-generation coffee producer from the El Morito community in the Querocotillo district, deeply connected to his family and local coffee-growing culture. Starting with resilient varieties like Catuai and Catimor, he now focuses on quality-driven cultivars including Bourbon and Caturra. This microlot is selectively harvested at peak ripeness, then undergoes a double fermentation process to enhance sweetness and complexity. After washing, the coffee is slowly dried under solar dryers and shade for 20–25 days before quality evaluation at the El Morito lab.
