This microlot is selectively harvested at peak ripeness and undergoes a double fermentation process to enhance sweetness and structure. After washing, the coffee is slowly dried under solar dryers and shade for 20–25 days to preserve clarity and balance. The result is a well-structured and consistent cup, reflecting Fredesvinda’s dedication to quality and progress.
