Kizibere Hill Bourbon Natural is a 100% Red Bourbon coffee grown by 28 farmers from the Kunda Kawa Cooperative in the Mbuye Sector of Rwanda’s Southern Province, at elevations of 1,650 - 1,850m. Farmers hand-pick only ripe cherries and deliver them daily, often on foot to the Gisanga washing station. The cherries are carefully sorted, floated, and then dried on raised beds for 4–6 weeks, allowing the fruit to impart vibrant flavors. The result is a coffee with notes of orange, honey, cocoa nib, blackcurrant, soft acidity, and a creamy, complex fruit character
