At just 24 years old, Suany Mazariegos from San Juanillo, Intibucá is part of a new generation of coffee growers, building on her family's legacy while studying coffee cupping at RAGA Coffee Cupping School. After receiving 1.5 hectares of land from her father in 2022, she began cultivating specialty coffee and has since expanded her farm to 2 hectares. Her approach emphasizes quality and sustainability, using washed processing and careful drying methods to produce micro-lots with consistent excellence. With support from RAGA, Project Origin and Tim Adams Specialty Coffee, she continues to innovate, representing our next generation of specialty producers in Honduras.
