Cultivated by the Baraona family for over 100 years, Los Pirineos is located on top of the Tecapa Volcano in Usulutan - Eastern El Salvador and is a truly stunning farm. Operated by fifth-generation coffee producer Diego Baraona, he focuses heavily on varietal and experimenting on process. The Jasper range of CM Selections includes coffees that have a profile of intense flavour, powerful fruit qualities and unique aromatics. This includes coffees that have undergone extensive and experimental fermentation, creating bold and strong flavour profiles.
